PRICING
Base pricing does not include lot pricing or any additional fees. Due to different regulations, some cabins may not be available in certain areas. Once you're ready to move forward, the pricing is $5000 to call your lot until we sign the contract. During construction, we own the lot and carry the financing.
If you want to secure your own financing on the build, we have a $20,000-$50,000 discount on the total price depending on the plan. Draws are structured into four separate draws.
FURNISHINGS
All of our cabins come fully furnished, turnkey, and move-in ready. We use premier log beds, handmade mattresses, and supply everything down to the plates and silverware. On top of that, we furnish with a hot tub or allow a $5000 hot tub allowance if there are none in stock.
All appliances are stainless steel and countertops are top-of-the-line granite. All master showers are custom tiled and other bathrooms use inserts. Our window packages are known for their quality, and we typically spend three times the amount on windows because our properties are known for their Smoky Mountain views.
BUILDER INFO
We build with overbuilt foundations, meaning more rebar and concrete than required by code. Additionally, we custom GEO locate footers rather than just getting them passed by an inspector to ensure you're getting the strongest foundation possible. We use spray insulation rather than batt traditional siding.
